These terms apply when you use the QuantSec website at quantsec.xyz and any QuantSec services. They are provided by QuantSec Labs ("QuantSec", "we", "us"). By using the website or our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Our services
QuantSec provides quantum security services, including scans that identify and classify cryptography, digitally signed reports with migration plans and attack-surface analytics, and post-quantum migration support. The scope, fees, deliverables and timelines for any paid engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or order form. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes priority.
2. Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
3. Your responsibilities
You must have the right to ask us to assess any system, code, repository or on-chain asset you put in scope, and you must obtain any permissions needed from third parties.
Information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
You are responsible for keeping any access credentials we provide to you secure.
4. Reports and results
Our reports reflect the scope we agreed and the information available to us at the time of the assessment. A report is not a guarantee that a system is free from vulnerabilities, and it does not certify compliance with any law, regulation or standard. Code, dependencies and threats change, so findings may become out of date. You remain responsible for decisions about your systems.
Each report is digitally signed. You must not alter a signed report or present an altered report as one issued by QuantSec.
5. Intellectual property
The website, our software, methods and materials, and the QuantSec name and branding belong to us or our licensors. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, you may use a report we deliver to you for your own internal purposes and share it with your advisers, auditors, regulators, investors and customers, provided you share it complete and unaltered.
6. Confidentiality
We treat information you share with us for an engagement as confidential and use it only to deliver that engagement, unless we agree otherwise in writing or the law requires disclosure.
7. Third-party links and services
The website may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided for general information on an “as is” basis. Material on the website, including our regulatory clock and articles, is not legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly set out in these terms or a written agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website. Our liability for paid services is governed by the written agreement for those services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms, unless a written agreement between us says otherwise.
