A QuantSec certification applies to a specific tagged release and a defined scope. It states exactly what was reviewed, which release it covers and what was found.
How certification works
We scan the agreed scope and classify the findings.
We review the evidence for the tagged release.
We certify the release and cryptographically sign the scoped report.
If findings need remediation first, the updated release returns for certification and signing once the work is done.
What certification is not
We do not make absolute claims that anything is quantum-safe. A certification covers the stated scope and release only, and it does not guarantee compliance with any regulation or standard.
Checking a signed report
Every report is digitally signed, so anyone who receives a copy can check that it is genuine and has not been changed. See Verify a report for how to do this.
